Visualisation systems

Our primary visualisation system base on Siemens WinCC® and PLC technology. Using ProfiBus and ASi shorten setup time. We developed also an addon for batch - recipe management.
For vacuum coaters, a LabVIEW/Fieldpoint® solution is availlable .

Visual A-Series

The Visual A-Series is a HumanMachineInterface for evaporators, designed for our retrofits of vacuum based coaters. The program supports thermal evaporation, electron beam gun, reactive processes and ionenbeam. Control of common thickness measuring equipment - XTC - (crystals, optical) is included.

Visual Z-Serie

The Visual Z-Serie is a HumanMachineInterface for sputter-machines, and plasma-etchers, designed for our retrofits. The program includes all necessary features for a full automatic deposition.
