At a glance
For plasma applications
(e.g. microelectronics, data storage, flat panel displays) we offer a
wide variety of power supplies starting with 500W and ending with more
than 120kW. All supplies are rock solid and have a very fast arc handling.
They have an analog interface that allows to handle the supply in remote
or ProfiBus. The GS series is air cooled, the GSW series is water cooled
and gives 30kW in a 3U 19" case.
